Want to choose your own stock rather than receive a pre-selected bundle?

Our in-person handpick appointments give resellers the opportunity to personally select the individual pieces they want for their business.

Choose from Budget, Mixed High Street, Mid-Tier or Premium stock. Simply let us know which tier or tiers you would like to handpick when booking so your stock can be prepared ready for your appointment.

Handpick Prices

Budget – £6 per kg

Mixed High Street – £10 per kg

Mid-Tier – £15 per kg

Premium – £20 per kg

Your selections will be weighed at the end of each tier and charged according to the exact weight selected.

£100 Minimum Spend

There is a minimum spend of £100 per appointment.

There is also a minimum purchase of 5kg from each individual tier you choose to handpick.

These are separate requirements. The £100 minimum spend does not replace the 5kg minimum per tier.

For example, if you choose to handpick from both Premium and Mixed High Street, you must purchase at least 5kg Premium AND 5kg Mixed High Street.

Stock from different tiers cannot be combined to make up the 5kg minimum.

One Tier at a Time

Only one stock tier will be available to handpick at a time.

Once you have finished selecting from a tier, your chosen items will be weighed and the weight recorded before moving on to your next requested tier.

This ensures stock remains correctly categorised and each selection is charged at the correct per-kg rate.

Appointment Deposit

A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The full £50 deposit will be deducted from your final purchase total.

Appointment deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance, as the appointment time has been reserved for you and your requested stock will have been prepared in advance.

Appointment Information

Appointments are up to 2 hours, allowing plenty of time to look through the available stock and carefully inspect and select your items.

Appointments are for one person only. Additional guests cannot attend.

You must tell us which tier or tiers you would like to handpick before your appointment so the appropriate stock can be prepared ready for your visit.

Please bring suitable bags, boxes or containers to take your purchased stock away with you.

Photo ID Required

For security purposes, valid photo ID must be provided prior to your appointment.

You must bring the same original photo ID with you on the day. This will be checked before your appointment begins.

Your ID is required solely for appointment verification and security purposes. The copy provided before your appointment will not be retained and will be securely deleted following your appointment.

Handpick Sales Are Final

Handpick appointments are a business-to-business wholesale service for resellers purchasing stock for resale.

Unlike our pre-selected reseller bundles, you will personally select your stock and have the opportunity to inspect each item before deciding whether to purchase it.

It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect their chosen items during the appointment.

Once your selection has been weighed and paid for, handpicked sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for visible faults, marks, damage, wear, sizing, condition, personal preference, resale value or resale performance which were visible or reasonably capable of being identified when you inspected and selected the stock.

Please therefore take the time to check your selections carefully before payment.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded in a business-to-business sale.

Please Note

Handpick appointments are a wholesale service for resellers and are not retail shopping appointments.

Individual brands, styles, sizes, categories and quantities will vary depending on the stock available at the time of your appointment. Specific brands or individual items cannot be guaranteed.

Your £50 deposit is deducted from your final purchase total, with the remaining balance payable at the end of your appointment before any stock is removed from the premises.
