What is Reloved Clothing UK?
Reloved Clothing UK is a UK-based preloved and new clothing business supplying affordable second-hand clothing for resellers and individuals. We offer clothing bundles across different brand tiers, including Budget, Mixed High Street, Mid-Tier, Premium, Vintage and Activewear, alongside other specialist bundles.
Are your clothing bundles suitable for resellers?
Yes. Our clothing bundles are designed with resellers in mind, whether you're just starting out or already run an established resale business. We offer a range of bundle sizes and brand tiers to suit different budgets and resale markets, with stock suitable for platforms such as Vinted, eBay, Depop, Whatnot and your own online store.
Is the clothing washed before being sent?
Yes. Our preloved clothing is put through a quick wash where appropriate before being offered for sale. We check the care label of each garment before washing and follow the manufacturer’s care instructions. Items labelled dry clean only, or those that are otherwise unsuitable for machine washing, will not be washed.
The quick wash is intended to freshen the clothing rather than provide a deep or specialist clean. Items are also checked during the sorting and packing process before being included in your order.
As this is wholesale preloved stock intended for resale, we recommend that resellers wash, steam or otherwise prepare items to their own standards before listing, always following the individual garment’s care instructions.
What condition is the clothing in?
Our clothing bundles contain Grade A and Grade B preloved clothing in very good, wearable condition, unless purchasing one of our specifically labelled Grade C bundles. As preloved clothing, some items may show light signs of previous wear. Brand new with tags (BNWT) items will also be included when available, giving you the opportunity to receive new stock alongside preloved pieces.
What do Grade A and Grade B mean?
Grade A clothing is in excellent preloved condition with little to no visible signs of wear.
Grade B clothing is still in very good, wearable condition but may show light signs of previous wear, such as minor bobbling, small washable marks, small fabric pulls or slight fading.
Our standard bundles can contain a mixture of Grade A and Grade B items, as well as BNWT items when available. Grade C stock is sold separately and will always be clearly labelled as such.
What do the different brand tiers mean?
We sort our clothing into different tiers based on the brand, typical retail value and resale market. Our tiers include Budget, Mixed High Street, Mid-Tier and Premium, helping you choose stock that suits your budget and target customer.
For examples of the brands you may find within each tier, please see our Brand Guide. Brand examples are a guide only and specific brands cannot be guaranteed in individual bundles unless stated otherwise.
What is included in the tiered clothing bundles?
Our main tiered clothing bundles contain a mixed selection of clothing, which may include tops, shirts, blouses, dresses, skirts, trousers, jeans, knitwear, jumpers and other clothing depending on the stock available.
We aim to provide a good variety of styles, sizes, colours and brands within the tier purchased. As every bundle is individually hand-picked, the exact mix will vary from order to order.
If you're looking for a particular type of clothing, such as jumpers, jeans, coats or activewear, please choose one of our dedicated specialist bundles instead.
Will I receive the exact brands shown in the product photos?
Product photos are examples of the type of stock you may receive and do not represent the exact contents of your bundle unless specifically stated. Each bundle is individually hand-picked from our available stock, with care taken to provide a varied selection of brands, styles, sizes and colours appropriate to the tier purchased.
Specific brands, sizes or styles cannot be guaranteed unless this is stated within the individual product listing.
How many items will I receive in a clothing bundle?
Our main tiered clothing bundles are sold by weight rather than by item quantity, so the number of pieces you receive will vary depending on the type and weight of clothing included.
- 1kg – 2–5 items
- 5kg – 15–23 items
- 10kg – 28–50 items
These quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed, as heavier items such as jeans and knitwear will result in fewer pieces than lightweight tops and dresses.
We always pack our bundles slightly over the purchased weight to ensure you receive at least the amount you've paid for, even allowing for small differences between weighing scales. The exact number of items therefore varies with every bundle.
Can I request specific sizes, brands, styles or colours?
Our standard clothing bundles are randomly selected from the stock available within the tier purchased, and we cannot guarantee specific brands, sizes, styles or colours. We do, however, aim to provide a good variety within each bundle and avoid unnecessary duplication where possible.

Will I receive duplicate items?
We aim to provide as much variety as possible within every bundle and will avoid exact duplicate items wherever we can. However, you may receive more than one item from the same brand or similar styles, particularly in larger bundles.
As our stock is preloved and constantly changing, every bundle is different and individually selected from the stock available at the time your order is packed.
Can I receive brand new with tags (BNWT) items?
Yes. Although we specialise in preloved clothing, we regularly have brand new with tags (BNWT) stock available. When available, BNWT pieces may be included within your bundle at no additional cost.
BNWT items are a bonus and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. As each clothing bundle is individually hand-picked, checked and packed to order, larger orders may take a little longer during particularly busy periods.
All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

How much is delivery?
UK delivery is £5.99 to a locker or parcel shop or £7.99 for home delivery on orders under £150.
Orders over £150 qualify for FREE UK delivery.

Can I return a clothing bundle?
As Reloved Clothing UK supplies resellers, business owners and trade buyers only, all orders are B2B wholesale transactions and we do not accept returns based on personal taste, individual style preferences or expectations of specific brands within a mixed bundle.
If you believe there is a genuine issue or an item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, details of the issue and clear photographs.

Who can buy from Reloved Clothing UK?
Reloved Clothing UK supplies clothing bundles exclusively to resellers, business owners and trade buyers. Our bundles are intended as wholesale stock for resale and all orders placed through our website are business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
You do not need to be a large or established business to order — our bundles are suitable for both new and experienced resellers.
Do I need to be an established reseller to order?
No. Our clothing bundles are suitable for both new and established resellers. You can order from us whether you're just starting your resale business or already sell regularly across platforms such as Vinted, eBay, Depop or your own website.
Please remember that all purchases are made on a business-to-business (B2B) basis, regardless of the size or age of your resale business.
Do you guarantee a resale value or profit?
No. While our bundles are selected with resellers in mind, we cannot guarantee the resale price, demand or profit of individual items.
Resale value can vary depending on factors such as the selling platform, item condition, size, style, season, photography, pricing and current demand. It is the buyer’s responsibility to research and set their own resale prices.
Can I order a larger quantity than the options shown on the website?
Yes. If you require a larger quantity than the bundle sizes currently available on our website, such as 15kg or more, please get in touch with us.
Larger orders can be arranged subject to stock availability, and we can discuss the tier, quantity and current options available before you place your order.
Do you restock sold-out clothing bundles?
Yes. Our stock changes constantly and we regularly add more availability to our clothing bundles. However, as we work with preloved clothing, stock levels and the brands and styles available are always changing.
If a particular bundle is sold out, please check back regularly or contact us to ask about upcoming availability.
Are all of your clothing bundles sold by weight?
No. Our main tiered clothing bundles are sold by weight, with options such as 1kg, 5kg and 10kg.
We also offer specialist bundles that may be sold by a set number of items, such as jumpers, coats, activewear and other category-specific stock. The quantity or weight you are purchasing will always be clearly stated on the individual product page.
